Payments & Cancellations:
When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Mini Trip Tours collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Mini Trip Tours accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa.
For processing credit or debit card payments, there is no charge or service fee. To make a reservation, full payment by credit or debit card is necessary. Payment will be shown on the credit or debit card statement as Mini Trip Tours.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized. If you wish to cancel a reservation made via the website, the cancellation policy of the supplier found in the relevant product listing shall apply to your cancellation and any refunds, and shall control the terms of your cancellation and any refunds. When canceling a booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total refund amount you will receive, if any.
The standard cancellation policy for suppliers is:
Cancelation policy for “flight-free” day tours: 100% refund will be returned before 48 hours of the tour period.
For packages and day tours with flights, cancellation policy:
It is free to cancel your reservation from the date of booking until 61 days before your date of arrival.
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 65% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 6 days and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Refunds can only be made using the Initial payment form.
If no refund policy / cancellation policy, to avoid confusion and conflicts, this must be conveyed very clearly to cardholders before the purchasing decision is made. Please state the In the event of a processing mistake when making the payment, a refund would be given on the same credit card you used for the initial purchase.

These terms are an arrangement between you and Mini Trip Tours Limited in the event that you want to pay with a credit or debit card and payment is processed through a European acquirer. Mini Trip Tours Vouchers:
You must provide the original, authentic Mini Trip Tours Voucher to the appropriate for each trip, event or service booked, you’ll receive a personalized Mini Trip Tours voucher (“Voucher”). To view and print your Mini Trip Tours Voucher(s), you will be granted access to a safe website hosted by Mini Trip Tours containing a link to your Mini Trip Tours voucher(s). Service provider to refund your tour, reservation, or kit. Without a valid Mini Trip Tours Voucher, your reservation will not be honored or redeemed. For security purposes, you must show a valid photo ID when redeeming your Mini Trip Tours voucher and sign the Mini Trip Tours voucher. It is for the purposes of in certain cases, at the time of redemption, Mini Trip Tours often allows you to show the credit or debit card used to buy your tour or ticket. This usually applies to tickets for attractions and shows only. Identification and helps us deter fraud. It allows us to stop credit-card violence. At checkout, you will be told whether you must show the credit or debit card used for booking or not. Mini Trip Tours will in some cases waive this condition, usually in order to encourage gift transactions. However, this condition can only be waived by contacting the Customer Service team of Mini Trip Tours once your booking has been confirmed and any modifications or adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of Mini Trip Tours. If you make a purchase using a Mini Trip Tours gift certificate (“Gift Certificate”), Mini Trip Tours requires that you present the Gift Certificate used to purchase your tour, ticket or package at the time of redemption. Please note that if your signature and/or name do not match those displayed on either your credit or debit card or gift certificate, your Mini Trip Tours Voucher(s) can be confiscated and cancelled without refund immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order when you book international reservations with third-party suppliers using this website. Please contact the local embassy or consulate for information on the passport and visa requirements. Be sure to search for up-to – date details before booking and departure, because requirements can change at any time. Mini Trip Tours acknowledges no responsibility for travelers who are denied entry on a flight or into any country due to the failure of the traveler to bring the travel documents requested by any airline, authority or country, including countries in which the traveler may only travel to his or her destination. As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. It is also your responsibility to consult your physician for current recommendations on inoculations before you travel internationally, and to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements and follow all medical guidance related to your trip. Until departure, we highly suggest that you buy a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover your Product purchase. If you cancel your trip or adjust travel dates substantially, the cost of cancellation fees and associated expenses can be reimbursed by your travel insurance policy. For relevant terms and conditions, please check your travel insurance policy carefully. Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Mini Trip Tours urges passengers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government and destination country governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.
